We maintain robust insurance coverages to safeguard your cargo and our fleet:

  • Vehicle Insurance: Our trucks are insured against accidents, theft, and other unforeseen incidents.

  • Liability Insurance: We carry liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries that may occur during transportation up to $1,000,000.

Filing a Claim

If you need to file a claim due to damage or loss, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us immediately of any incident by calling our 24/7 helpline at +1 (339) 883-8831 or emailing us at yucellogisticllc@gmail.com . Provide as much detail as possible about the incident.

  2. Document the Damage: Take photographs of the damage to your vehicle. This documentation will assist in processing your claim.

  3. Complete the Claim Form: Upon contacting us we will provide vehicle accident report form for you to fill out.

  4. Submit Supporting Documents: Along with the claim form, please submit any supporting documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, or police reports.

  5. Claim Evaluation: Once we receive your claim, our team will promptly evaluate it and keep you updated on its status.

  6. Resolution: We aim to resolve claims efficiently and fairly. You will be informed of the outcome and any settlements or reimbursements.

Important Notice

For OEM Vehicles a certified body shop-collision center damage/repair report must be provided. A claim for an OEM vehicle can be placed up to 180 days past its delivery.

For used vehicles, non-OEM vehicles and salvage yard vehicles such as repo vehicles, we must be notified of the damage/claim within 24-48 hours of delivery.

Claims with compromised integrity will be turned down with no exception.

For non-OEM vehicles we keep our records for 60 days, after the 60 day period we discard anything related with your vehicle, name and address to keep your personal data safe.
